  2. Incorporate them into your life on a regular basis (do them habitually), and you’ll be happier regularly.

“The reason why man seeks for happiness is not because happiness is his sustenance, but because happiness is his own being; therefore in seeking for happiness, man is seeking for himself.”

The “Love-Dogs” and Loyalty for Spiritual Enhancement

Listen to the moan of a dog for it’s master, that whining is the connection. There are love dogs no one knows the names of, give your life to be one of them. Jalauddin Rum

Verily the dog is one of the Signs of God. “Today’s inspiration began with remembrance of loyalty; the hallmark of the spiritual wayfarer. Loyalty is by far one of the greatest noble human traits one can possess or aim to acquire. From among His signs, we find the Dog as one of man’s greatest spiritual masters. Indeed, the loyal Dog pledged allegiance to all the masters who were under the shade of Hussain-the flag bearer of Loyalty. Loyal Defined: : having or showing complete and constant support for someone or something unswerving in allegiance: as

a  :  faithful in allegiance to one’s lawful sovereign or government

b  :  faithful to a private person to whom fidelity is due  A

c  :  faithful to a cause, ideal, custom, institution, or product

Hachiko, a moving film about an Akita dog born on a farm near the city of Ōdate, Akita’s remarkable loyalty to his owner which continued for many years after his owner’s death. A mother means loyalty and hospitality. How can she be paid her due? A man dies once, but a mother dies each time she gives birth. The venerable Ali (ra) tells us that giving birth is as painful as death. Is it not she who shields you from all misfortune when you are helpless? Is it not she who spends long sleepless nights for your sake? Is it not she who breaks her rest at least three or four times to feed you at her breast? Is it not she who does without clothes to clothe you, who conceals from you the pains she has to bear? Is it not she who quickly hides her tears with a smile, lest her children notice and feel sad? Is it not she who cannot bear to wake her children when they are sleeping, who does not see their faults, or does not draw attention to them when she does see them, who promptly pardons her children for the pain they cause? How could you repay what you owe your mother? Is it possible to do so? Mother, such is mother. A partner in our grief, a balm to our wounds…Is it not she who is ready to sacrifice her very life to save her children?…Sh Muzaffer Ozak al Jerrahi

Fortunate is one who embarks on the Way and learns loyalty. Our noble spiritual master and guide emphasized this trait, so much so that this became the basis of learning. Love, devotion unswerving fealty at the cost of all odds was what he taught.

Through love, we melt and become unconditional lovers; slaves to love. You shall be thrown into a pit of love and there you shall burn and become ash. Reborn to become a love dog. QH

Note worthy it is to know the story of the seven sleepers of the cave mentioned in the Quran. In this we are again reminded of the loyal companion, the heavenly dog.

Meditation Outdoors

Speaking of spirituality and affinity to the Spiritual Way or holistic living holds little weight without a daily meditation practise. Nature and early hours are a preference for regular meditators. Meditation in natural, open air surroundings raises vibrations on a level which normally would take substantially longer in indoor man made surroundings. The soul requires regular recharging and naturally embraces meditation, mantras, spiritual dance, chanting and postures which still the body, mind and spirit; resulting in a deep sense of inner calm.  QH

Our Circumstances are a Result of What we Embody

Universal laws are self governing. That said, what we receive is in EXACT proportion to what we give out. We give out love and receive the same. We harbour hate and animosity and receive the same. Our circumstances are a result of what we embody. Thus, there is no ‘bad luck’, rather, a result of what we exert. Likewise blessings are a result of the same law. QH

Story Telling-A Mind Game

Qudra Healing

Since language is simply a representation of our experience, we therefore possess the  power to transform our past experience by retelling our story to our self.  The ability to change personal history is key to a healthy emotional state of being. Most of us are still caught up blaming others for all that “went wrong.” Perceptions can be changed. We control our history.  We create our future

Heal Your Life Through Thoughts

“The words you speak become the house you live in.” -Hafiz

The Three Aspects of Conscious Creation: There are essentially three aspects that form the basics of conscious creation. The first is that the Universe is Mental, the second is that everything is vibrating energy and the third is that thought creates. This knowledge has been passed down to us through the oldest of mystical teachings and is as relevant today as it was thousands of years go and will continue to be so eternally.

1. The Universe is Mental: The first aspect of the conscious creation process is also the first of the seven Hermetic Universal Laws. It tells us that the Universe is Mental. This means that all things in the physical realm have their origin in the invisible mental realm. There is a single, intelligent Consciousness that pervades the entire Universe – all powerful, all knowing, all creative and present everywhere at the same time – the Universal Mind. Since It is Omnipresent it stands to reason that your mind must be part of It and “the same in kind and quality, the only difference being one of degree” as Charles Haanel said.

2. Everything is Energy: The second aspect of conscious creation is that everything in the Universe, including everything in the mineral, plant and animal kingdoms, every human being, every planet, star and galaxy, everything seen and unseen – EVERYTHING – is energy. Whatever you see in your physical world is simply energy vibrating at varying frequencies that your five senses interpret as something solid or tangible.

Two more Hermetic Universal Laws are relevant here. The Law of Polarity that tells us that energy and matter may appear to be opposites but are in fact varying degrees of the same thing (i.e. energy); and the Law of Vibration that tells us that everything is in constant motion, that everything is vibrating. Since all is energy, one can conclude that mind is energy but we already knew that from the first aspect. William Walker Atkinson told us that “where mind is static [potential] energy, thought is dynamic energy – two phases of the same thing”.

3. Thought is Creative: The third aspect of the conscious creation process is that thought creates. At the back of everything that you directly experience in your physical world, seen or unseen, is thought. Whether you do so consciously or not, you create your reality through the power of your thoughts. Thought is Mind (energy) in action.

Thomas Troward, the renowned English judge and 1904 author of The Edinburgh Lectures on Mental Science, expressed thought’s creative power most eloquently when he said, “the action of Mind [thought] plants that nucleus which, if allowed to grow undisturbed, will eventually attract to itself all the conditions necessary for its manifestation in outward visible form.” This brings another two Universal Laws into play, specifically the Law of Cause (thought) and Effect (physical manifestation) and the closely related Law of Attraction, whereby that which is created is attracted to its original source (the thinker).

In a nutshell, conscious creation is a process whereby the conscious concentration of thought on a specific thing or outcome in the mental realm, gives rise to the manifestation of its corresponding physical manifestation in the physical realm. It is thought power that transmutes energy in its potential state (mind) into energy in its physical state (matter). Remember that the universe is mental, all is energy and that thoughts give you the power to consciously create your reality. Time bridges the gap between the mental realm of your thoughts and the physical realm of their manifestation. All you need is patience, persistence and perseverance and that which you focus upon with concentrated thought will, if left uninterrupted, materialize in your physical world.
