In response to multiple discussions on 1, 111, 1111, a nutshell explanation on seeing, experiencing and connecting to these numbers, we present below a few thoughts. On a personal note, I was first exposed or rather infused with 1111 at the age of 10 or 11 when my wise father brought this to my attention in the car. From that point on, these numbers continue to appear, so much so that without exaggeration, in most cases- a daily occurrence. Thousands across the globe can relate to this phenomena.

“When you see repetitive number sequences, this is a message from your guardian angels. You can ask your angels what they are trying to tell you, and if you listen in stillness, you will hear their answers clearly. Sometimes, though, if you’re stressed or in a hurry, it’s not as easy to hear your angels…1, 11, 111, and 1111 in Angel Numbers all mean: “Keep your thoughts positive, because your thoughts are manifesting instantly into form. Focus only upon your desires and not upon your fears.”

Light workers united on this night. More specifically, those who have been appointed as guides and guardians over multitudes of souls were all united on this day. Twin souls reconnected and soul fusion, merging and energetic exchange between souls on similar vibration merged. The 528 Hz vibrational atmosphere resonated and love was the dominant energy prevailing over hearts of the former and latter souls.

Those who were selected to shift into higher vibrational frequencies were sifted and thrown into the 11 11 portal. Seeking out light workers to sustain their shift, they now seek illumination through the mediums of of light.

We give thanks for 11 11 and actively seek to keep in the vibration of love.

Bahr al-Hayat: World’s Oldest Manuscript on Yoga in Persian

Qudra Healing

The Yogi’s quest for Divine proximity through asana aims to imitate natural ‘postures’ observed in all living things. Unity being the primary goal; yoga its vehicle, where the act of physical postures, reflection, contemplative meditation which in turn brings awareness of the breath and a longing for one’s (Divine) origin. The concept of inna lilahi wa inna ilayhi rajeoon (indeed we belong to our Lord and to Him is our return) emphasizes the idea of ‘die before you die’ hence facilitating the desired spiritual states of Fana and Baqa, of which yoga being a potential medium of experiencing nirvanic states. A student of spirituality perceives Yoga as a form of praiseworthy worship where mantra or dhikr may accompany the asana in order to achieve the desired effect.

Inspired by a recent lecture by Sayyid Amiruddin on the subject of Yoga, the following information was brought to light.

The earliest extant manuscript on Yoga in the world with illustrated asanas is a Persian text called Bahr al-hayat (Ocean of Life), a translation of the an earlier Arabic text called Hawd al-hayat (The Pool of Life) – said to be an Arabic translation of Amrtakunda, a 2000 year old lost book on Yoga, written in Sanskrit – dates from the turn of the seventeenth century.

None of its asanas are taught in any earlier Sanskrit text, and their descriptions are more detailed than those in other Sanskrit treatises written over the next century. The illustrated treatise was produced in the context of an Indo-Islamic court. It is one of three yoga-related manuscripts commissioned by Prince Salim (the future Mughal Emperor Jahangir) in Allahabad between 1600 and 1604. A total of twenty-one asana images are contained in the works. One from the collection can be viewed below.

The Persian text of Ocean of Life was composed in Gujarat around 1550 by Muhammad Ghwath Gawilyari, a prominent spiritual master, grandson of Fariduddin Attar (Attar of Nishapur). Muhammad Ghawth was a direct biological descendant of the Prophet Muhammad in the 15th generation. His goal was to teach his disciples hatha practices compatible with goals of spiritual transformation. Based on both earlier Sanskrit treatises and conversations with living yogis, the text demonstrates how yoga was made familiar to Sufi ascetics.”

An unfolding excerpt from the translated version of Bahr al Hayat by Mohammed Ghawth Gawilyari

“Know that the wisdom of the human body rests upon water, and its basis and structure is upon earth. Existence, constitution, contraction, and expansion, are by the power of fire, while height, fancy, motion, power, fate, and respiration are by the perception of air. General comprehension, particular substance, human logic, familiar understanding, the discernment of reality, and the infused spirit are from the emanation of “God is the light of the heavens and the earth” (Qur’an 24:35). Since for these mentioned things the overt manifestation of the existence of wisdom is not uniform, the orbit of the microcosm raises its head, becoming prepared and existent, and skin, flesh, blood, bone, vein, foot, and face become existent by the substance of the macrocosm. It makes known the motion, articulation, and rest of the macrocosm, for all of the heavens and planets exist by the daily motion of the throne in one day. When that circle settles, the microcosm becomes superfluous. The planet of earth, which is the center of the heavenly spheres, in a short time becomes a scattered mote of dust. Therefore the divine creator has, with wisdom and power, given them a craft that connects them, so that one cannot overcome another. Thus is the macrocosm established. Wherever with the very same wisdom the microcosm sets its basis and structure on that, it exercises with acquisition, discipline, strategem, and wisdom, until without custom it becomes customary, so that the microcosm is not confounded. As is the one, so is the other; let it be revealed!”

Hence, the physical discipline and practice of  Yoga is perceived as one of many modalities available to man with innumerable benefits. It is therefore a commended practice as it aides in internal and external harmony, awareness and raising ones’  consciousness through unification of mind, body and soul.

It is said when one enters into the presence of Wise Ones, it is best to remain still, silent and keep all our faculties o p e n to receiving. The Oceans of the Unknown are such that these select individuals being transmitters of the latter are vessels which pour into hearts knowledge which books fail to transfer.

This was exactly my personal experience when I entered into the presence of Alchemist and Atlantean healer, Yasmine Fat’emi. A sense of sacred silence overtook me and I became silent in attempt to mentally conjure a discussion which could not happen except through the mode of active listening. While listening, a stillness descended which simply kept me in a state of “keep listening-hush”. The feeling was profound and it happened every time I was to meet her over the following weeks. Ancient wisdom, when uttered through a Wisdom Teacher basically brings one into a resonance of past, present and future seamlessly hemmed by the finest dress maker. One may ponder or doubt the authenticity of healers in general yet to discover one, one must simply feel it. A seeker’s heart is her compass and greatest tool of discernment. Usually those with blockages, cannot pass the veils which technically remain, unless the false idols within our heart are abolished. Our mental images, expectations and understanding through false idealism, creates mind fog, eyes with blurred vision and a heart whose language becomes dysfunctionally inconsistent to the intellect; mumble jumble.

When one is in the care of a Master of Love, her pledge and allegiance to Love, will  bring her to people, places and situations where Love prevails. Thus introductions to Wisdom Masters is a byproduct of one’s Master’s care. Verily the journey began with Love and ends eternally in Love.

Interesting dream work opened up after my meeting with Yasmine Fat’emi. Some of which I will share below. Crystal healer, Fareen Dean, who was my travel partner to Yasmine, also shared her dream with us, which we share below. With the rise of the Divine Feminine, an increase of female healers being guided through Atlantean tools has become a common factor. The same are brought together in order to learn, work, heal and spread Light. Again, the purpose of sharing such  dreams to shed light on healing work in our current region; Middle East.

Dream 1 & 2 Crystal Healer: Fareen Dean relates:

I had an interesting dream the other night and I felt like sharing with you…I was walking and came across a village and there were small shops one beside the other…There was also a cave among the shops and I decided 2 go in while other shop keepers were inviting me 2 come 2 their shops.. Right when I entered the cave, I saw to my amazement every type of beautiful gemstone studded on all the inner walls of the cave ….They were gleaming so brightly, dazzling like diamonds. I couldn’t take my eyes off of the mesmerizing sight then I was given some form of foreign currency and told I can buy which ever I liked as many as I wanted.  I couldn’t believe it!

July 2015-Last night right before Fajr (dawn prayers) I saw Qudra doing healing on you and your family.  On her were clear quartz crystals , I saw X in my dream as well. Holding a quartz crystal towards the skies, Qudra then mentioned to me pointing to the heavens that a special light energy and or force field is entering our planet from many sources… in order to help all those who seek, and that they shall receive from the barakah/blessings  of Lady Fatima and Lady Zainab. Qudra and I then looked on into the skies while in the state of meditation.

July 2015-Dream related by Qudra to Healer Yasmine-

I’m somewhat foggy on recalling..however I can clearly remember I was in a room which had multiple white shelves around it. On these shelves were crystal of all sorts. I was in awe at looking at them, touching them and even naming some of them. As if someone else was with me, I recall naming aloud the crystals. I saw a lot of clear white quartz-like crystals and rose quartz. They were in the form of raw crystal as well as  imbedded in rock. In the dream, one of my cousins who too is a healer, Mohammedi Karim, called me on the phone and I recall telling her I am in a place of crystals which belong to a healer friend named Yasmine. That is how I knew the place and crystals were yours. -Qudra

In one dream I saw you standing infront of me with some people. I just saw their shadows. You were doing something with your hands and there was a glass infront of you..or something which was emitting light from it. While doing something with you hands you told me, ” I am helping you calm down” And then I woke up.
